Marco Bezerra is an award-winning creative leader with a global career spanning top agencies such as TBWA/Berlin, DM9DDB São Paulo, Africa São Paulo, CP+B Gothenburg, JWT Dubai, and Tribal DDB Amsterdam, as well as client-side experience at Specsavers. His passion for cultural insights and innovation has driven successful campaigns recognized at Cannes, D&AD, Clio, One Show, and Webby Awards.


With a talent for turning local insights into globally resonant ideas, Marco has earned multiple Grand Prix at festivals including Dubai Lynx, El Ojo de Ibero America, Golden Drum, and Eurobest. His leadership extends to building one of the most awarded agencies outside São Paulo and spearheading creative innovation across international markets.


Now, as Executive Creative Director at VML UK, he is focused on expanding the agency’s Creative Commerce capabilities, using data and technology to drive brand reappraisal and create exponential results at the moment of purchase. By seamlessly integrating creativity down the funnel, he helps brands turn transactions into meaningful, unique experiences that influence both perception and conversion. His recent achievements include winning two Cannes Lions and serving as a jury member at Dubai Lynx.
