Priit Liiv
Partner and Chief Executive Officer
Nordic Business Forum
Priit Liiv is Partner and CEO of Nordic Business Forum, one of Europe’s leading leadership conferences. Its most recent edition brought together 8,500 decision-makers from 40+ countries in Helsinki.
Priit has been part of the company since 2012 and has led it since 2022. Over those years, the NBF team has grown a two-day conference into a brand people plan their year around: it sells out months in advance, and attendees come back year after year. Behind that is a shared belief: great content is the core, and emotion is what brings it to life and makes it stick.
On stage, Priit shares what the team has learned about building that emotion in practice, and why it takes a whole organisation, not a single department, to get it right.
